If you believe you have made a duplicate payment by mistake, please notify us immediately with proof of the transaction. Once verified, approved refunds will be processed & credited within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
If you have registered for an event or paid for a program organized by us, cancellation and refund terms will be specified for that event. If not mentioned, a refund may be considered only if requested at least 3 days before the event date.
