Refund Policy

At BlueDrop Social Seva Foundation, we deeply value the trust and generosity of our supporters. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which we can provide refunds for payments made through our website or other official channels.

1. Duplicate Transactions

If you believe you have made a duplicate payment by mistake, please notify us immediately with proof of the transaction. Once verified, approved refunds will be processed & credited within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

2. Event Registrations or Program Fees

If you have registered for an event or paid for a program organized by us, cancellation and refund terms will be specified for that event. If not mentioned, a refund may be considered only if requested at least 3 days before the event date.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email us at office@bluedropsocialsevafoundation.com with the following details:

  • 1. Full name
  • 2. Date and amount of transaction
  • 3. Transaction ID or payment reference number
  • 4. Reason for the refund request

All approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method used at the time of transaction.
